- Establish standards and processes for each project
- Maintain transparency for each project to help the company make effective decisions
- Design project proposals, managing Project Manager
- Controlling managers and their team members with administrative and operational assistance
- Help smooth the flow of information and communication in project
- Track the progress of each project to ensure the company completes it according to the budget, resources, and schedule that have been determined
- Select and prioritize projects to be worked on based on corporate strategy and company goals
- Provide methods and templates for project work based on previous successful projects
- Facilitate project teams to make their work processes more effective and provide mentoring and coaching around project work
