Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Coordinator PT ZHONGRUI ENERGY INDONESIA POWER INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Monitor the overall progress and performance of ongoing projects, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Operations teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Support project execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction projects.
- Experience in sourcing materials, negotiating prices for materials and heavy equipment with vendors, and supervising subcontractors.
- Candidates with experience working on projects managed by Chinese companies and who understand Chinese project management processes are highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
