Project Coordinator

Yayasan Habitat Kemanusiaan Indonesia is looking for motivated applicants to manage all project staff in the field. and able to Manage projects to achieve their goals such as projects, human resources, and equipment assets in the Habitat Indonesia project area.

Key responsibilities:

1. Contributing to project detail planning in specific mapping need, appropriate solution, and required resource (budget, time, staff) - include Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) & Detailed Budget.
2. Interpret and explain plans to all staff in the project.
3. Monitor and evaluate projects activities and determine cost effectiveness of project based on approved proposal & compliance with standards (building codes, finance manual, audit).
4. Monitor all expenses of the Project and propose updated program interventions as needed.
5. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with standards (building codes, finance manual, audit) policies.
6. Coordinating daily activity in project including office requirements, daily staff activities, etc.
7. Collaborate with related departments in terms of Fundraising dan Volunteer in their project location.
8. Making monthly reports to the supervisor related to the development of projects handled.
9. Contributing to preparation project report (mid, final, specific) prepared by Program Officer unit.
10. Analyzing and making recommendations to supervisors for developing project areas in any aspect (new area, staffing, advocacy to government & related stakeholders, potential donors, etc.).
11. Provide support to the Strategic Alliance Team and HFHI National Office.
12. To select responsible implementing partners.
13. Provide Training design needed for the community.
14. Selected as a Procurement Committee.
15. Selected as a Rapid Response Team Member.
16. Selected as volunteer team member outside/other project areas.
17. As a Feedback and Response Mechanism focal point in their project area.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields, graduated from Civil Engineering, Environment Engineering or Social fields.
2. Exposure and direct experience in NGO, especially working in for construction industry or architecture.
3. at least 2 years' leadership experience as a project coordinator.
4. Good communication and reporting skill.
5. Ability to work as a team.
6. Have high value of self-motivation and be a rapid learner to develop understanding for HFH Indonesia project operation.
7. Basic knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8. Basic oral and written communication skills in English and good working knowledge of local language.
9. Strong spiritual foundation, servanthood and good human relations at all levels.
10. Good English in written and conversation
11. Domicile in project area Habitat for Humanity Indonesia
