1. Coordinate activities, equipment, and information
2. Break main tasks into doable actions and set timeframes
3. Liaise with stakeholders to identify requirements, and scope
4. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
5. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
6. Report progress & issues
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
8. Take charge of the most on-going SKUs
9. Focusing on executing and monitoring phase of the project
1. Bilingual (English & Vietnamese proficiency)
2. Microsoft Office competence
3. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
4. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
6. Work well under pressure without sacrificing quality
