Deskripsi pekerjaan PROJECT COORDINATOR MEP PT Berca Hardayaperkasa
Responsibility:
- Manage the overall project life-cycle from initiation until project closing independently for multiple medium to complex projects
- Coordinate activities of project resources, including the assignment of project personnel and coordination with other related parties for multiple medium to complex projects to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Develop and present project reports, chair meetings, and give project presentations.
- Monitor and measure progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure that project objectives are achieved
- Develop and present progress reporting and forecastin,g and communicate the result
- Produce a good project documentation that meets the company's and best-practices standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electro/Electric Engineering, Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, or in other relevant education
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Preferred, ever managed Building Project for Mechanical and Electrical (MEP)
- Understanding of Project Management knowledge.
- Be meticulous and have attention to detail in performing the work
- Passion for communicating, negotiating, problem solving, and developing close relationships with people
- Familiar with Microsoft Project
- Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
