Position Overview:
This position acts as the bridge between management office and project site teams, ensuring project execution, reporting, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and operational control run effectively.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in contractor or construction management.
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
- Experienced in handling multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Able to coordinate between office management, site managers, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Strong understanding of construction workflow, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project reporting, and project scheduling.
- Able to make strategic decisions and solve operational issues efficiently.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
Job Description :
- Coordinate all project activities between office and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, budget, timeline, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure site execution follows company standards and project targets.
- Manage communication between directors, project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Review project reports, payment progress, procurement status, and operational issues.
- Assist management in project planning and strategic decision making.
- Identify project risks and provide solutions to maintain project performance.
- Supervise coordination of procurement, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with site and office teams for project evaluation and updates.
