Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Coordinator (CS) PT. Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo
The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements and established service standards.
This role serves as the operational leader and coordination bridge between KST management, the CS team, and the client. The Project Coordinator oversees team performance, work allocation, productivity, quality control, attendance, and operational compliance while ensuring that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
Beyond managing daily activities, the Project Coordinator is expected to develop team capabilities, maintain consistent performance, and drive continuous improvement to support reliable project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a team in Quality Control (QC), Customer Care, Content Moderation, or Telemarketing
- Experience managing or coordinating a team is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong sense of ownership.
- Able to manage performance and provide constructive feedback
- Able to communicate effectively in English with clients.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance data.
