Job Summary
The Project Controller is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that project schedules, costs, progress, and reporting are accurately managed to support timely decision-making and successful project delivery. The Project Controller works closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to maintain project control systems and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Controller, Project Planner, or Project Controls Engineer in EPC/EPCM, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Experience preparing project reports, S-curves, histograms, and project dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
