About the Role
We are looking for a Project Controller to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of projects within our SaaS-based travel technology business. You will work closely with Project Management, Product, Technology, QA, Support, and Business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed scope and requirements.
What You’ll Do
1. Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
2. Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and status reports.
3. Follow up with PICs on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.
4. Track project risks, issues, delays, and dependencies and escalate when required.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
6. Document project meetings, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
7. Monitor changes in project scope, requirements, and timelines.
8. Support project implementation, deployment, and project closure.
9. Identify project bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Project Control, PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Management, or similar roles.
3. Experience in SaaS, software, IT, technology, or travel technology is preferred.
4. Good understanding of project management, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
5. Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and organizational skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
7. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC is a plus.
8. Good command of English for communication, meetings, and documentation.
9. Experience in travel technology, OTA, GDS, booking systems, or travel business is an advantage.
