Project Controller / Scheduler
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
Analyze and monitor project progress, including work weight assessments.
Prepare and manage S-Curves to track project performance.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with schedules and deadlines.
Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project (or equivalent) to manage and present project timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Controller / Scheduler in a developer, construction management (CM), or contractor company, specifically in high-rise building projects.
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in Engineering or a related field.
Proficient in creating detailed work schedules and calculating work weightage.
Skilled in preparing and analyzing S-Curves.
Familiar and experienced with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
