Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Assistant PT Jeikei Ecommerce Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and supporting project implementation activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to timelines and project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholder to support smooth project execution
- Follow up on project deliverables, action items, and implementation schedules
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Track project updates and provide progress status to the Project Manager
- Identify project issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Support project planning, execution, and operational activities
- Ensure all project documents and implementation records are properly maintained and updated
- Assist in ensuring project objectives and deadlines are achieved effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Administrative Support, or related roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines effectively
- Proactive, responsible, and able to follow up on project implementation progress
- Must fluent in English for both written and speaking
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management tools and implementation processes is a plus
