PROJECT ARCHITECT

PT Mosar Consulting Group is a management consulting company in Indonesia with extensive experience in providing consulting and business support services to both national and multinational clients. We specialize in supporting start-up businesses and managing business operations across Indonesia. Our expertise also includes employee competency development, operational management, human resources, accounting and finance, as well as vehicle rental services.

We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join one of our clients in Bali.

Job Competency:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field of work

• Conversant in AutoCAD, 3D, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, MS Office

• Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment

• Familiarity with hotel and residential by-laws and Authority regulations in Bali.

• Able to speak English

• Hand sketch skills will be highly regarded

Duties and Responsibilities

• To liaise with Client’s representatives, Consultants and Local Authorities

• To coordinate design development and prepare drawings suitable for construction,

Authority submission and Tendering.

• To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design

discussions.

• Study and review Architectural and other design drawings with specifications to

ensure compliance with Employer design standards and requirements.

• Able to check independently and confirm all contractors Shop Drawing and

coordinate with Consultants for any queries.

• Coordinate Conceptual and Schematic Design, and detail Working Drawings

including selection of Materials.

• To coordinate all for-construction drawing include the control sample of finishing

material from Consultants

• Regularly Site inspections to ensure the design compliance.
