Role Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Project Architect to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. You will play a key role in developing and implementing architectural and interior design solutions, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Architecture and Interior Architecture knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rendering softwares (preferably D5 Render)
- Effectively communicate design solutions and project updates to clients and contractors during site visits and presentations
- Posses an adequate knowledge of Materials and Finishes
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
