MUEM GROUP IND is a PT PMA Real Estate company focused on high-quality townhouse and residential developments in Bali. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Architect Coordinator to support the development and coordination of townhouse and villa projects in Uluwatu area. This role combines architectural production, technical coordination, and project management responsibilities to ensure all architectural, structural, and MEP drawings are fully coordinated and aligned with the approved design concept for construction execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Coordinate between the architectural, structural, MEP, and drafting teams to ensure all drawings are properly aligned and coordinated for construction.
● Review and correct architectural drawings and renders based on design requirements and interior guidelines.
● Ensure construction drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings are coordinated accurately before project execution.
● Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and actively follow up with internal teams and consultants.
● Adapt existing townhouse/villa projects to new site conditions and project requirements.
● Produce and update townhouse/villa layouts and architectural drawings.
● Prepare, revise, and manage drawings using Autodesk Revit.
● Coordinate closely with developers, consultants, site managers, contractors, and construction teams.
● Conduct occasional site visits (primarily Uluwatu area) to monitor project coordination and implementation.
● Support project management processes to ensure smooth communication and workflow between all parties involved in the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must currently based in Bali.
● Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture.
● Minimum 4–6 years experience in architectural practice.
● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow coordination.
● Experience in residential/townhouse/villa projects.
● Fluent in English (spoken and written).
● Strong understanding of: Structural drawings, MEP coordination, Construction documentation.
