Project and Solutions Manager

Sebagai Project & Solutions Manager di Progrez, Anda akan merencanakan, mengarahkan, dan mengoordinasikan aktivitas proyek implementasi serta bekerja sama dengan tim teknis untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan atau sasaran proyek tercapai tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Bekerja sama secara erat dengan tim proyek untuk menjaga dan menerapkan solusi dan kerangka kerja yangterstandarisasi untuk layanan IT.
• Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis IT menjadi kebutuhan teknis dengan tepat. Mengarahkan proposal proyek secara menyeluruh bersama tim teknis untuk dipresentasikan kepada manajemen.
• Menentukan alokasi sumber daya, ruang lingkup proyek, peran dan tanggung jawab, serta timeline proyek.
• Mengarahkan arah proyek dan secara aktif memantau status proyek untuk memastikan kualitas tinggi dalam pengiriman proyek. Meninjau dan melaporkan kepada stakeholders secara teratur untuk memberikan pembaruan tepat waktu.
• Mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah yang muncul dengan tim proyek. Memutuskan alternatif/solusi sementara tepat waktu untuk memastikan deliverables proyek tetap memenuhi harapan.
• Memastikan UAT/SIT diterima oleh personel proyek dan melaporkan hasil proyek kepada para stakeholders untuk melakukan penutupan proyek yang tepat dan penyerahan ke tahap operasional.
• Membuat dan menyimpan dokumentasi proyek dengan baik.

Kualifikasi

• Minimal gelar Sarjana, lebih disukai dalam bidang Ilmu Komputer atau Sistem Informasi, atau latar belakang di lingkungan teknologi yang terkait dengan solusi atau proyek.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman relevan dalam peran serupa.
• Berpengalaman dalam pengiriman proyek berkualitas tinggi dan sukses di industri IT. Pengalaman proyek pengaturan jaringan dan sistem serta koordinasi dengan beberapa wilayah menjadi nilai tambah.
• Kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat dan keterampilan manajemen proyek yang sangat baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam menemukan masalah, analisis, dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
• Berorientasi pada hasil, memiliki kemampuan prioritisasi yang luar biasa, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
• Keterampilan pelaporan dan dokumentasi yang sangat baik untuk memastikan alur informasi yang tepat waktu, jelas, dan ringkas di antara semua pemangku kepentingan.
• Nyaman dan lincah bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat.
• Tangguh terhadap stres, mampu menghadapi permintaan mendesak dengan pola pikir proses yang jelas.
• Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik untuk berinteraksi secara efektif di semua tingkat.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project & Solutions Manager with a strong technical background in software development or enterprise software implementation to join our dynamic team. The Project & Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading and managing diverse projects from initiation to completion, while also providing technical guidance and support to the project team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project closure, including documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging your software development or implementation expertise.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to address technical challenges and ensure successful project implementation.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 (five) years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software implementation or IT consulting environment. Candidates with less than 5 years of project management may be considered if they have at least 5 (five) years of experience in software development, enterprise software implementation, and/or IT consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (especially Jira).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP will be greatly advantageous.
