📍Karawang
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project-related administrative activities
2. Handling project related documents
3. Prepare and submit project progress reports to the Owner
4. Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration or any related field
2. Minimum 1 year experience on construction project
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Strong administrative and organizational skills
6. Familiar with handling documents and administrative processes
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
8. Domiciled in Karawang are preffered
