Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Administrator Niagahoster
- Provides full-range administrative and operational support on the project implementation;
- Assist in projects financial resources management, human resources management, efficient procurement, and logistical services;
- Supports the elaboration of projects related to Terms of Reference & curriculum implementation;
- Follow-up, on a daily basis, with project partners, to guarantee smooth implementation of administrative and operational activities of the project;
- Develop brand recognition through project implementation:
- Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation;
- Provide logistical support for workshops and other stakeholders meetings;
- Perform any other relevant tasks to ensure the project's success;
- The key results will support the efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the projects, in accordance with Niagahoster policies and procedures.
- University degree, preferably in administration, communications, social sciences, international relations, or related area;
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant, hands-on experience in project management;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills to build tight relationships and collaborate with partners and external parties, focuses on impact and result for the stakeholders;
- Experience in the areas of Community Development or related subjects will be considered as an advantage;
- Fully proficient computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, internet, PowerPoint and experience in handling of web-based management systems;
- An excellent team player;
- Working knowledge in the English language;
- Promotes knowledge management in Niagahoster and a learning environment in the office through leadership and personal example;
- A self-starter and able to inspire and influence action;
- Seeks and applies knowledge, information, and best practices inside and outside Niagahoster;;
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
