Position: Project Administrator
We’re looking for an organized, detail-loving Project Administrator (Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience are welcome!) to help us run our project admin system smoothly. If you have a background in Civil Engineering or Administration and love turning data, reports, and drawings into a well-oiled machine, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reports & Updates: Collecting and summing up daily/weekly progress, manpower, and photo reports for management and clients.
- Document & Drawing Control: Organizing shop drawings, RFIs, and design revisions so the field team always uses the right, up-to-date files (and keeping our Google Drive super neat!).
- Tracking Logs: Keeping tabs on material flows, Variation Orders (VO), RFIs, and pending approvals.
- Meetings & Follow-ups: Taking meeting minutes and helping track deadlines across the team.
- Cross-Team Support: Teaming up with Site Managers, QS, Purchasing, and Finance to keep paperwork, material requests, and vendor payments running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduate or max 1 year of experience with a degree in Civil Engineering or Administration (Office Administration / Administrative Science).
- Great with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital file management.
- Super detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
- Ready to support our site and office operations with a positive attitude!
