Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related position
- Experience in Hotel/Villa Construction data and document controls
- Experience processing contractor invoices and payment
Job Description :
- Responsible for performing and organizing all administrative functions and document management requirements in support of Hotel/Villa Construction
- Responsible for the overall administration, organization and document management for the documents and records that will be developed over the course of the project life cycle
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of document management and archiving practices by which records are created, uploaded, shared, and stored
- Set up, maintain, and organize the departement's central files, information, and filing.
