Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/SI degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction project cost estimates, admin project
- Ability to read and understand working drawings (working drawings and tender drawings)
- Proficient in RAB (Cost Budget Plan) calculations and unit price analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (proficient), AutoCAD, and estimation software (value added)
- Understanding of tender administration documents (administrative, technical, and commercial)
- Thorough, A able to work within deadlinesbility to analyze prices and calculate project costs
- Strong communication, coordination skills
- Able to work individually or in a limited time
- ready to be stationed at the project site
Key Responsibilities :
- Study tender documents (RKS, drawings, BOQ, etc.)
- Calculate work volumes and prepare AHSP, RAB (Work Plan), TKDN
- Prepare project administrative documents and ensure they meet requirements
- Preparing routine administrative reports for management (Daily Report)
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team to ensure data completeness
- File all project cost estimates documents neatly
- Ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes in the field
