We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to support daily operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and has strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in preparing reports, emails, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support team operations and assist in process improvements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills is required (verbal & written).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
