Project Admin (Data Center Project) (Project-Based 6 Months) @HO Jakarta
This project is an initiative organized by PT Teknologi Digital Terpadu, partnering with PT Telinco Networks Indonesia as the main contractor, leveraging their extensive experience in technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 0 - 1 years working experience
- Understanding in telecommunications industry
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with administrative task
Job Description :
- Maintain and organize all project records
- Process inbound and outbound project letters, emails, and official notices between the client, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly site progress data from engineers to draft comprehensive reports for management.
- Schedule project coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) to all stakeholders.
- Assist the PM in tracking subcontractor invoices, purchase orders (POs), variation orders (VOs), and delivery orders (DOs) for MEP equipment.
