💡Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Assist in organizing project schedules, timelines, and task tracking
- Coordinate between internal teams & clients
- Follow up on pending items and ensure timely completion
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Anticipate potential delays and proactively raise concerns
Documentation & Organization
- Maintain well-structured project documentation
- Track milestones, tasks, and deadlines
- Ensure files and communications are properly organized
- Assist with preparing documents for permit application
💡 Requirements:
Language
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Basic English communication if possible
