Job Descriptions:

Support administration and documents preparation (related to engineering products/services documents).
Perform systematic and controlled archive documents.
Manage documents in hardcopy and softcopy.

Qualifications:

Relevant education backgrounds (Diploma freshgraduates D3 are welcome to apply).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & PDF.
A team player and have a good communication skill.
Convenient to work with documents and administration tasks.
Willing to WFO from Beltway Office Park, South Jakarta.
Can join immediately.
