Project Admin – FTTH Specialist
Location: Tangerang / Jakarta Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience
✨ Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Admin with a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects. The ideal candidate will support project execution, documentation, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
🧠 Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documentation (BoQ, MoM, progress reports, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding FTTH deployment schedules
Track project milestones, material usage, and site readiness
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
Ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in FTTH projects (ISP, vendor, or contractor side)
Strong understanding of FTTH architecture, ODP, ODC, FAT, and fiber routing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools and GIS mapping is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
