Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Accounting GEOTEKINDO (Geoharbour Group)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare of All Expenses (Petty Cash) in project
- Prepare of All Purchase Request
- Prepare of All Documents needed in project, include all foreign worker working permit
- Prepare for Attendance workers
- Prepare Attendance and Payment for Workers Salary (Field Project)
- Follow up to Supplier/Vendor about Tax Invoice for Head Office (Tax Department)
- Payment for Material Items, Travelling, Supplies, Food and Health
- Payment of Supplier/Vendor and Coordination with Procurement/Finance/Legal Department
- Supporting of Project Manager Needs and Business
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in Economics/Management, or any equivalent
- Preferably have 1-2 years experience as Project Accounting or relevant experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to be placed on the project site (construction site project) and ready to relocate (we will provide boarding house)
- Can drive a car will be a plus
