About the role
This role involves preparing and managing the company's financial bookkeeping and accounting operations, including financial reporting, data entry, verification, and reconciliation. You will be responsible for banking activities, fund monitoring, and balance checks, as well as other duties as requested by management.
Key responsibilities
1. Prepare Company's Financial Bookkeeping
2. Prepare Financial operational report
3. Input accounting data journal into Company's accounting system
4. Check and do verification for document's completion in regard to financial transaction
5. Do reconciliation of financial data
6. Responsible for all tasks in regard to Company's banking activities; monitoring in-out funds, check balance, bank transaction: transfer, withdraw, and other related matters
7. Manage other duties requested by the management
About you
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
2. Experience 2 years in the similar position
3. Understand Accurate System
4. Good English for communication
5. Honest, thorough, detail oriented, willing to learn, flexible, easy to adapt, fast learner, team player
6. Discretion with personal and confidential information
7. Willing to be stationed in Company's Branch or Project Office in Indonesia
