Job Responsibilities
1. Take overall charge of student learning management on campus, including course planning, schedule coordination and full‑cycle learning‑progress tracking to ensure learning outcomes.
2. Communicate with parents of overseas students, regularly update them on students’ learning status and respond to inquiries, build solid home‑school trust and lay a good foundation for renewal and referrals.
3. Keep track of students’ classroom performance and learning results, assist in solving students’ learning‑related problems; organize offline interactive activities to improve student engagement and overall home‑school satisfaction.
4. Check attendance of students and teachers, collect feedback on teaching quality, and cooperate with the team to continuously optimize the whole teaching‑service process.
5. Proactively tap demands for course renewal and upgrade, drive conversion to middle‑school programs; maintain long‑term customer relationships, meet renewal performance targets, identify referral leads and close referral deals to achieve individual performance goals.
Job Requirements
1. Possess basic English communication skills for daily work correspondence with China headquarters.
2. At least 1‑year working experience as homeroom teacher or learning‑management staff in education industry is preferred.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and empathy, excellent cross‑cultural communication skills, sound service awareness and performance‑oriented mindset.
