Job Description
- Manage courses' schedule and progress
- Communicate among course teachers, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep solid relationship with all customers, achieve renewal target
- Achieve the targets of retention, referral and customer satisfaction
- Handle the complaints and suggestions
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company when needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate clearly, politely, and easy to understand
- Being able to choose the right communication channel (face to face, e-mail, telephone, message)
- Able to concentrate, understand, respond, and remember fully what has been said
- A strong team player, able to work well with colleagues
- National problem solvers, able to prioritize customers, find and provide solutions to customer problems in their best interests while adhering to EF's rules and values
- Strong salespeople, able to quickly understand company products and knowledge, and effectively present EF schools and products to customers
- Time management skills, able to set priorities, and complete tasks on time with high quality
- “I can” attitude and passion
- Good English language skills, minimum B1 for oral and written
- Bachelor’s Degree
