Job Description: Programmer

Position Purpose

To develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications, AI-powered solutions, and automated workflows that support the operational and business needs

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain internal applications and enterprise systems, including HRIS, ERP, inventory, finance, CRM, and reporting dashboards.

- Translate business requirements into functional applications, system features, and automated workflows.

- Build and integrate APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs to connect internal and external systems.

- Implement AI-powered solutions for document processing, information retrieval, content generation, and business process automation.

- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, and data structures.

- Ensure data separation, access control, and business rules are maintained across different brands.

- Troubleshoot bugs, improve system performance, and maintain the reliability and security of existing applications.

- Conduct testing, validate AI outputs, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

- Manage system deployment, monitoring, maintenance, error recovery, and performance optimization.

- Use Git for version control, participate in code reviews, and prepare technical documentation and user guides.

- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.

- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and business teams to identify automation opportunities, prioritize projects, and measure results.

- Maintain data confidentiality, protect system credentials, and comply with company security and approval procedures.

Qualifications

- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven ability to independently develop, deploy, and maintain applications or automated workflows, supported by relevant project examples.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Java, C#, PHP, or other relevant languages is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), application development fundamentals, and software engineering practices.

- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, SQL, and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Experience integrating AI APIs and evaluating the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

- Familiarity with Git, software testing, deployment, logging, troubleshooting, and access control.

- Strong English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and understand technical documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.

- Familiarity with application frameworks such as Laravel, Spring, or .NET.

- Experience integrating e-commerce, CRM, marketing, inventory, finance, or reporting systems.

- Knowledge of AI-powered document processing, OCR, information retrieval, or cloud services.

- Experience developing solutions that support multiple brands, business units, or access levels.

- Understanding of enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or internal business applications.
