Qualifications
- Female.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a related position.
- Proven experience in Odoo customization according to business requirements.
- Experienced in developing and creating custom Odoo modules.
- Strong understanding of Odoo workflows and business processes in the manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of the functionality and usage of Odoo Standard Apps.
- Able to perform Odoo setup and configuration, both on-premise and through Odoo.sh/cloud.
- Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and XML.
- Experienced in integrating Odoo with PLCs, weighing scales, and other hardware devices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the IT team and end users.
Job Description
- Develop and customize Odoo modules according to the company’s business requirements and processes.
- Perform Odoo implementation, setup, and configuration, both on-premise and through Odoo.sh/cloud.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Odoo.
- Develop and implement Odoo integrations with external systems, including PLCs, weighing scales, and other hardware devices.
- Optimize system performance and perform troubleshooting and bug fixing to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team and end users to ensure the Odoo system operates effectively and meets business requirements.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring.
- Ensure all system developments, customizations, and changes are properly documented and aligned with company standards and requirements.
