Requirements :
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in communicating and negotiating with technology principals or vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Capable of developing solution-based campaign materials and activities (beyond just product-based approaches)
- Able to identify bottlenecks in the lead qualification process, particularly from MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead)
- Familiar with the operations and utilization of co-marketing funds or Market Development Funds (MDF)
- Demonstrates strong skills in identifying key marketing issues, with a high level of creativity and initiative
- Proficient in analyzing situations and solving problems effectively
- Able to synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills
- Possesses solid computer literacy and familiarity with business-related technology tools
Job Description :
- Collaborate with Product Managers and product principals to execute marketing activities in alignment with the company’s branding strategy
- Organize segmented campaign programs targeted at specific customer groups
- Implement regular engagement programs to strengthen customer relationships and enhance customer retention
- Monitor leads generated from each marketing activity to ensure achievement of the expected return on investment (ROI)
- Obtain timely and updated reports on the results of each executed program
- Gather and update information and profiles of potential new companies on a regular basis
- Work closely with relevant teams to support the execution and success of ongoing campaign programs
