- Coordinate the Product team to implement Digital Skola’s training programs effectively, including regular programs, corporate training, and other initiatives.
- Manage team activities to ensure smooth workflows and alignment with organizational targets.
- Act as a project manager and program coordinator to ensure programs run according to plan and achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversee all preparations for the operational and administrative implementation of training programs.
- Ensure training programs run smoothly and deliver maximum value to participants.
- Monitor the success metrics of launched training programs and implement interventions or alternative solutions when necessary.
- Ensure facilities provided to participants are well-executed and align with targets and plans.
- Oversee periodic research and benchmarking to develop training programs aligned with technological advancements and market trends.
- Ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Manage the availability of expert practitioners (tutors) with strong skills and reputations for delivering high-quality training.
- Ensure the availability of modules, learning content, and program documentation (e.g., product cards) to support seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Digital Skola Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) website.
- Coordinate with other teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Assess the performance of training programs, analyze participant and client feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the availability of detailed success reports for training programs, including an updated alumni database.
- Provide solutions and innovations to address challenges encountered during ongoing training programs.
- Regularly suggest improvements or new approaches to enhance program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, training, learning and development, product development, or a related role. Experience in the edutech or training industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, CMS, and instructional design tools.
- Passion for education, learning innovation, and professional development.
- Demonstrated success in managing training programs and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Ability to develop relevant and up-to-date curriculum aligned with the latest technology and market trends in education and training.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building with other teams, partners, and clients.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for program development.
- Providing innovative solutions to problems arising during training program implementation.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working accurately and on time.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on participant satisfaction and program success.
- Domiciled in the Jakarta area, with the ability to work in the office 3-5 times per month or if needed.
- Willingness to travel to visit offline company training sessions.
