Job Description

  • Drive strategic account growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead proposal development, SOW discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage account financial health — forecasting, burn rate tracking, invoicing & collection.
  • Collaborate with PMs & Dev teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Resolve client issues with clarity, professionalism, and strong relationship management.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing high-value client accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs & market trends.
  • Skilled in crafting quotations and monitoring project profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical & non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in dynamic project environments.
  • Background in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital projects is a strong plus.
