Job Summary:
Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project IT PMO Services. The client is a company that operates as a leading communications group providing a diverse range of telecommunication services and digital solutions across multiple markets.
Purpose: Run day-to-day execution of a strategic/major IT program end to end — planning, tracking, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and driving RAID and dependencies to closure — within Client CPMO standards.
Responsibilities:
* Own the program plan and integrated schedule; track milestones and flag changes early.
* Drive working-level delivery and follow-ups; coordinate stakeholders and vendors/SIs.
* Manage the RAID and CR logs — raise, assess impact, assign owners, drive resolution.
* Prepare weekly Project Mgmt Committee and Steering Committee status/RAG reporting.
* Follow Ready for Service Governance; coordinate SIT/UAT/NFT readiness and dependencies.
Requirements: 6–8 yrs program/project management (IT transformation or telco); PMP or PRINCE2 preferable; domain exposure in BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, charging, digital, cloud, infra or cybersecurity.
Working Arrangement : WFO at Client Office at Jakarta Selatan Area
Bachelor's degree in related field
The role will be based on a daily rate with the following terms:
