About the Role:

As Finest Future continues its exciting growth, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Program Consultant in Indonesia. In this role, based in Jakarta, you will be the face of our programs to potential clients, playing a key role in driving sales and expanding our presence. We're seeking passionate individuals with strong communication skills , a natural ability to connect, and a drive to showcase the transformative value of our programs. Jobdesk:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our programs effectively.

● Actively engage in lead generation throughout reach, networking, and relationship-building.

● Provide clear, comprehensive information about our programs, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet their goals.

● Collaborate with the local marketing and global team in Vietnam to create strategies and materials that highlight our programs’ benefits.

● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics asset by the organization.

● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

● Report bi-weekly to the Head of Market and Head of Sales & Marketing on market trends and developments.

● Support sales events and activities, and work closely with Partnership and Marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

● Minimum 200 cold calls monthly.

● Minimum 800 direct messages with leads monthly.

● Minimum 30 physical meetings with prospect customers per month.

● Minimum 5 following up with current sales leads per day.

Qualifications:

● Fluency in English.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., education, business, marketing).

● Proven experience in sales or customer service.

● Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and student aspirations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

● Passion for international education and a desire to help students achieve their academic goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in the study abroad industry, particularly with European countries.

● Knowledge of various European languages and cultures.
