Job description for Program Consultant Leader (Sales) at Everest Education
- Manage a portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and long-term goals
- Consistently maintain and optimize communication with a portfolio of contacts through various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms
- Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting
- Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge
- Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities
- Take care of interested customers and handle questions about Everest Education, College Compass, and our offerings
- Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager
- Coach and mentor all junior PCs
- Oversee at least one of the key department projects
- Collaborate with HR and other CMs in onboarding and training periodically for all Program Consultants of other teams for general sales skills
- In charge of building and updating training materials for all sales skills
- 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Education industry, with at least 2 years in College Prep
- Proven experience in Leadership
- Demonstrated experience to be the highest performer in the team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Passion in Education
- Good problem-solving and organizing skills
- Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset
