Production Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team in Kalijati, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and deadlines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with production staff, monitoring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will also support training and development programs, manage equipment and resources effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of production.

We are looking for a male candidate who holds an Associate Degree and has between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production-related fields. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of various production techniques including Lean Production, Liquid Preparation Production, Equipment Production, Music Production, Granule Production, Capsule Production, Media Production, Team Management, Film & Video Production, and Consumables Production. A proactive attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
