We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Production Team Leader team in Panyileukan, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Our team leaders play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of production processes. As a Production Team Leader at Mahakarya Sentosa, you will be responsible for overseeing the production activities of your team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include leading daily production operations, coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow, mentoring and developing team members, and implementing continuous improvement strategies based on lean production principles. You will also be expected to identify and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Experience ranging from one to three years in a related field is required, along with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
