Production Supervisor

• Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.
• Organize and assign tasks to team members based on production needs.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
• Maintain high product quality standards by overseeing quality control procedures.
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.
• Ensure machines and tools are functional and well-maintained.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulations within the production area.
• Provide training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
• Generate reports for management on production performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as industrial engineering, manufacturing or operations management) is preferred.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 – 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of Indonesia accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using production software and tools.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
