Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- Plans production schedule according to released production orders and shipment calendar.
- Updates outputs and issues to management through daily production meeting & SAP meeting, and performs daily briefing with all personnel.
- Manages all supplies (consumables and non-consumables) used by the department.
- Manages all equipment and acitivies in the printing area in accordance with the planning
- Monitors operator work againts established SOP and work instruction
- Ensures production runs as it should to achieve set target.
- Trains new personnel for Supervisor level and above
- Assesses Personnel performance and recommends actions as necessary
- Sampling checks the lenses after printing by the printers
- andom sampling checks the color matching that has been approved by the Trainer
