PT Biotis Pharmaceuticals Indonesia is looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Fill Finish Production Supervisor. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the entire production process runs smoothly and complies with quality standards, regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), particularly in vaccine and biopharmaceutical production.
💼 Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand and implement Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.
2. Supervise all activities in the fill finish process (preferably in sterile product manufacturing).
3. Create, review, and complete documentation such as SOPs, CAPA, Deviation, Control Change, and QRM.
4. Conduct continuous improvement in accordance with CPOB standards.
5. Manage and handle final filling of sterile products until the production process is complete.
6. Collaborate with PPIC in planning and
procurement of materials for fill finish production.
7. Understand CPOB, Aseptic Behaviour, Personal Hygiene, and fill finish production flow in vaccine manufacturing.
🎓 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Professional Pharmacist (active STRA preferred).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (vaccine/sterile product preferred).
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Must provide a valid medical check-up result.
5. Preferably male candidates.
6. Good knowledge of CPOB, QBD, and GMP principles.
7. Willing to work in shift schedules (weekdays and weekends).
8. Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and organized in documentation.
9. Able to comply with company regulations and policies.
