Deskripsi pekerjaan Production Supervisor – Plastic Injection PT. JOINEASE MANUFAKTUR INDONESIA
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily plastic injection molding operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and manage production manpower and machine performance in accordance with established standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in plastic injection molding processes is required.
- Understanding of injection molding processes, common product defects, machine operation, cycle time, and changeover.
- Familiar with production targets, manpower allocation, production reporting, and basic performance monitoring.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plastic injection molding activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor production output, machine performance, cycle time, and downtime, and report any deviations from targets.
- Allocate manpower and work assignments according to daily production requirements.
- Ensure operators follow established work instructions, process parameters, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Monitor product defects, scrap, and rework, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve machine and production process issues.
- Maintain shop-floor discipline, 5S, and effective shift handovers.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate production progress and issues to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to support smooth production operations.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce production losses.
