Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma's degree in any major.
- Experienced in the same position at least 2-3 years.
- Understanding of the end-to-end operational workflows and dynamics in the manufacturing industry.
- English (Required), Chinese (Highly Advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Monitoring raw material availability, machinery capacity, and labor allocation to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing process.
- Actively collaborate with Warehouse (Inventory), Procurement, Production, and Quality Control (QC) teams to align production targets and resolve floor issues.
- Track daily production outputs, analyze variances or delays, and implement quick contingency plans to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and update production planning data within the system (ERP/SAP or Excel) and prepare regular production performance reports for management.
