PPC (Production Planning and Control)
Job Description :
1. Prepare, manage, and monitor production schedules based on Sales orders, production priorities, and production line capacity.
2. Serve as the primary coordination link between the Sales team and the factory regarding orders, order changes, and production priorities.
3. Prepare and standardize production forecasts in coordination with Material Control (MC). PPC is responsible for preparing forecasts, while MC validates material availability.
4. Develop medium- and long-term production capacity plans to support production targets and on-time delivery.
5. Monitor order backlogs and develop recovery plans based on order priorities, production capacity, and material availability information provided by MC.
6. Use inventory data provided by MC as a reference for production planning and schedule adjustments.
7. Monitor actual production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
8. Conduct regular on-site monitoring in production areas to ensure alignment between production plans and actual production progress.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Experience in PPC, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Planning is an advantage.
3. Good understanding of production planning, production scheduling, forecasting, and order backlog management.
4. Ability to analyze order data, production capacity, and material requirements to develop effective production plans.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
6. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
7. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
9. Willing to conduct regular on-site monitoring in production areas.
10. Available to join as soon as possible.
