About the role
We are seeking a skilled Production Planning and Inventory Control professional to join PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our production schedules and managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations whilst minimising costs. You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet production demands. This position is critical to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the strategic objectives of the company.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor production planning based on customer orders and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and other related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor production progress and ensure the production schedule is achieved.
- Prepare and maintain production planning and inventory reports.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate material requirements with Procurement and Warehouse.
- Control and monitor inventory levels to support production needs.
- Monitor material usage and production requirements.
- Identify potential delays or material shortages and coordinate appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate PPIC data and documentation in the system/ERP.
- Support continuous improvement of production planning and inventory control processes.
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a related position.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
