Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Min. 3 years of working experiences as PPIC, preferably in E-Cigarette/Electronic industries.
- Excellent leadership with strategic and problem solving skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Ms. Office, operating software (SAP/MRS), and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Job Description:
- Liaise with business departments to formulate monthly production plans, and coordinate with relevant departments to plan manufacturing capabilities in advance based on the future forecast.
- Responsible for formulating weekly plans, creating production work orders, and supervising the achievement of production plans and the closing of work orders.
- Responsible for cooperating with warehousing, MC, and procurement, keeping track of work orders and material shortages at any time, and tracking material progress to meet on-time shipment requirements.
- Liaise with the project and purchasing departments and be responsible for following up on the sampling and purchasing of uncontrolled materials to ensure on-time delivery of new product materials.
- Responsible for cooperating with engineering R&D and other technical departments to keep abreast of changes in product and material specifications, ECN change information and promote the control, procurement, delivery, verification and production delivery of new materials.
- Provide timely feedback on abnormalities in the production planning process, coordinate relevant department resources, and promote rapid resolution of exceptions.
- Keep track of the delivery completion status of customer orders at any time and organize production delivery implementation in a timely manner based on customer order change information.
