Deskripsi pekerjaan PRODUCTION PLANNER PT Eyecos Kosmetik Indonesia
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Production Planner, PPIC, Production Control, or similar role in a manufacturing company; experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Understand production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing workflow.
- Familiar with GMP/CPKB and manufacturing documentation systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis); knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Able to analyze production capacity, forecast demand, and monitor production performance.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be placed in a cosmetic manufacturing plant.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Understand Batch Record (BR), production documentation, and GMP/CPKB requirements in cosmetic manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or OEE is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
