Production Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the production process from start to finish in accordance with the timeline.

• Develop and manage the production timeline (Time & Action Plan).

• Communicate and follow up with vendors/manufacturers regarding production progress.

• Prepare production data per style (product code, color, size, quantity).

• Calculate product costing for each collection.

• Ensure readiness of production materials (fabric, trims, accessories).

• Follow up on the sampling process (photoshoot samples, original samples, and pre-production samples).

• Monitor production quality control (QC).

• Identify production issues and provide effective solutions.

• Prepare regular production progress reports.

• Manage production documents (PO, delivery notes, etc.).

• Coordinate with vendors regarding goods receipt and distribution.

• Ensure production output meets quality standards and aligns with the purchase order (PO).

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Fashion Business, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in garment/retail industry (Production Merchandiser or PPIC is preferred).

• Strong understanding of garment production flow and sampling process.

• Able to perform costing and understand materials (fabric & trims).

• Experienced in working with vendors/manufacturers.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production administration.
