Deskripsi pekerjaan PRODUCTION MANAGER PT Ega Tekelindo Prima

Qualification :
Age is minimum 33 years
Candidate must possess at   least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a   reputable University with minimum GPA 3.2
At least 3 Year(s) of   working experience as Head/Manager Production Preferably from manufacturing   (Samsung, Modena, Astra)
Familiar with electrical   international & national electrical standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL,   SPLN, SNI)
Knowledge of electrical   system, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction,   engineering drawing, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or   components
Proficient in verbal and   written English (TOEFL min 500/TOIEC min 650)
Proficient with Microsoft   Office Suite or related software to complete reports and Production   processes, such as Auto Cad, Visio, PLC, etc.
Achievement focused and   able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment
Able to set priorities,   plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior
Strong analytical and   problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for   exploring new and previously uncharted
Strong leadership,   influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skill
Capable of building strong   working relationship and motivating teams to deliver outstanding   result
Demonstrable high level of competence in the discharge of such   commercial and contractual duties
Ability to work under   pressure, prioritise workload and meet stringent deadlines, often   necessitating additional hours being worked
Able to work within and   contribute in a motivated and professional environment
